Stimulus Summit to discuss a renewables-led economic recovery

An Australian online forum on May 6 will discuss a renewables-led economic recovery.

The free Stimulus Summit is being run by the Smart Energy Council (SEC) and RenewEconomy following cancellation of this year’s 58th annual SEC conference and exhibition.

Policy makers, business leaders and others will discuss government stimulus packages for renewables recovery and climate change action, with more than 1000 participants expected.

Those who have already paid to attend the now cancelled September 29-30 conference and expo in Sydney can retain their tickets for the next event or apply for a 50% refund.

The online forum is scheduled for 11am on May 6 in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.

More than 20 free webinars and a number of event on-demand videos are being run by SEC which also has COVID-19 updates and the impact on the smart energy industry.
