Five-times Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton has switched his drive to electric.
Well, the Brit’s personal car anyway, ordering an all-electric Mercedes-Benz EQC after trying one out in Australia.
Appropriately, Hamilton drives for Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport which put up a social media post about his EQC ambition.
He spent his 2007 record-breaking rookie Formula One year with McLaren, staying on until joining Mercedes for the 2013 season.
Hamilton is second in the Formula One driver standings for the 2019 season.
